The progress with Sound/S/lab’s 2nd album:- Ok, so I’m taking my time with this one, I had set a deadline and a friend said “what’s the rush?”. He was right, no rush.
The post recording portion is taking time, some post production tweaks and a more intense mixing process. There have been so many influences over the year spent putting this album together that I have lost count. There’s certainly more guitar on there, with some of the late addition songs being written on acoustic and then made ‘electronic’. Sleeve design is already in motion, ILK graphics piecing it together as I speak, track listing to be finalized as soon as possible. Very exciting times, looking to an early 2013 release, with hopefully a track being posted before the end of the year. Working on a promo video for that too.
